Agora Comms Interpreter

Agora Comms Interpreter is a private, non-commercial tool used by its owner to organise school communications and turn relevant information into structured actions, events and reference notes.

What the application does

The application reads selected school-related messages from the owner's Gmail account and selected documents from a designated Google Drive folder. Relevant content is sent to the OpenAI API for semantic interpretation and the resulting structured information is stored in the owner's private, self-hosted Agora Comms system.

The application is not offered as a public service and does not provide third parties with access to the owner's Gmail, Google Drive or Agora data.

Google data access

The application requests read-only access to Gmail and Google Drive. It does not send, delete, modify or relabel email, and it does not create, edit or delete Google Drive files.
